- Highly organised & confident in managing own diary/pipeline to time manage key requirements accordingly

Job Description:
As our Risk & Collection Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to reduce OctiFi’s credit risk.
What you'll do:
- Establish, maintain and improve internal policies and rules regarding credit risk management
- Monitor and assess portfolio to reduce or prevent bad debt losses
- Institute, lead, and deliver credit fraud mitigation support
- Preempt fraud detection challenges and provide analytical/modeling solutions/strategies
- Utilize customer data to build risk segmentation and mitigation strategies
- Communicate current policies and procedures to subordinates and other affected parties
- Assist in controlling costs associated with operating and collecting credits
- Actively identify credit risk related issues and coordinate issues resolution management
- Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy.
- Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
- Develop goals that complement the overarching business goals of the company and coordinate staff to continually meet and exceed goals.
- Run reports and analyze data pertaining to credit risk and collection
